Yoga during exam times
We are delighted to be offering a new yoga initiative to create a place of calmness and relief from stress, during exam periods. Yoga, as an ancient system of exercise, has a great potential to teach pupils about resilience and to improve their total well being.
The six-week program is designed to use breath-work, movement and relaxation to aid better concentration, increase productivity and respite during what can be a testing time. Most of all the one-hour sessions are fun, creating a safe nurturing and comfortable environment – the perfect retreat during exam times.
Pupils can benefit from the physical practice; with an emphasis on mastering techniques that can support success and resilience through the school life and future academic or vocational ambitions.
